FAQs
Minimum order quantity at Chalaco ?
For customer orders that have samples and fabrics available in stock, we support from 1 sample to 10 or 100 pieces for market testing.
For orders that customers need to optimize the fabric from the beginning, we are ready to exchange from weaving, dyeing to achieve GMS, yarn ratio, weaving style, dyeing style to create distinction and impression for customers, especially Local Brands.
How long is the lead time for the order?
• Orders with fabric in stock are usually 15 to 25 business days.
• For orders with fabrics that need to be yarned, woven and dyed from scratch, the time is usually from 25 to 35 working days.
• Product production lead time depends on specific requirements: Customers have samples or not, Required fabrics are available or need to be made from scratch: Buy yarn, weave, dye, according to customer requirements or are not.
Can I order my logo or other customizations when I place an order with CHALACO?
Sure. Customers can use their logo by printing or embroidering from CHALACO’s service
Chalaco with the strength of OEM, ODM for famous fashion brands, customers can order printing/embroidery on request.

What if the order has a different shirt form than that of CHALACO?
We will support you to sew a new shirt form depending on the quantity of the order, with the top quality sewing in the market, we are confident to help you produce the most satisfactory products.
